After leading our first fermentation workshop, my partner and fellow nutritionist, Rebecca and I decided to make a follow-up video for our attendees. Here, we demonstrate how to make a lovely, effervescent drink called Beet Kvass. It truly is a delicious, therapeutic drink. Aside from it's probiotic benefits, it's got an excellent nutritional profile. All the nutrients normally found in beets have been made more bioavailable through the culturing process.
