Beet Kvass workshop

Beet Kvass is a powerfully nutritious drink. Some enjoy it as a daily, nutritious tonic, some love it as a refreshing, kombucha-like drink. Whichever your preference, Beet Kvass is well known for it's gentle cleansing effect, its anti-inflammatory benefits and as an excellent source of probiotics.

Join Registered Holistic Nutritionists Rebecca Sekhon and Meghann Riley for this very fun hands-on workshop and learn how to make your own! Each participant will prepare a 1L jar of Kvass to bring home to ferment. Pick and choose the ingredients to suit your taste and dietary needs. Continued online and phone/text support will be offered (because there's always a question or two, and we're happy to help!).

This is a family friendly workshop; if your child can chop, they can join! Parent participation and supervision required.
