Join Registered Holistic Nutritionists Rebecca Sekhon & Meghann Riley for this fun, hands-on workshop. Learn the basics of vegetable fermentation, all of its health benefits and prepare your own 1L jar of pickles to bring home to ferment. Continued on-line & phone/text support will be offered (because there's always a question or two!).
This is a family-friendly event; if your child can chop, they can join! Parent participation/supervision required.
