My lovely workshop partner, Rebecca Sekhon and I will be at the Sylvia Place Farmers Market on the fourth Saturday of each summer month offering hands-on fermentation workshops.
Offered twice per market day, these 45 minute workshops will involve lots of nutritional info, detailed instruction & demonstration as well as participant involvement as you make your own jar of either fermented sauerkraut, pickles, salsa or beet kvass (an effervescent, probiotic drink).
Continued online support will be offered as you bring your jar home to ferment!
