In November and December of 2016, I had the the pleasure of helping to facilitate several workshops within a series called Winter Wellness, with Project Share Niagara. Along with Jo Low, their Nutrition and Garden Educator, two wonderful Brock University students and my very talented workshop partner and nutritionist, Rebecca, we made all kinds of healthy goodies from baked goods and snacks to soups and samosas.
Beginning Monday, February 6, we will be starting round 2. This series will incorporate garden prep & seed starting, learning to sprout and fun and easy body care products - and as always, healthy snacks!
The workshops will run Mondays and Thursdays from 11am - 1pm.
