Fermented Pickles: Video + Recipe Handout
It's Late July and things have been pickle-crazy around here. Our pickling cukes have been coming along wonderfully! One or two at a time, they ripen on the vine only to be plucked and popped into a jar to await their lovely transformation to probiotic - filled sour pickles.
I've also just wrapped up my Farmer's Market Pickle workshops and will be doing another demo tomorrow!
To celebrate this wonderful pickle season and our deep love of all things fermented (especially pickles!), here's a quick how-to video followed by the workshop handout.
