I seem to be way behind the times and only just realized how awesome and easy and quick it is to freeze avocados. And how awesome it is to USE those frozen avocados. 

The only bit of  instruction I will give in this post is that once you've popped your pieces in the freezer, they only take about 45 minutes to freeze up enough to bag.

Now, I realize we don't actually need this picture tutorial, but who doesn't love to look at avocados?
